Global Economics Seen Through a Design Lens
Steve Brant (colleague of Dr. Russell Ackoff) questions the design of the global economic system, at a recent event sponsored by the Washington DC think tank NDN.org While the panelists responding to Steve's question do not know Systems Thinking (they are economists, not designers), this interchange is still useful for putting a basic question on the table: Is our economic system an obsolete design? And if so, is it time for the CSR community to demand that this system be redesigned (not rebooted or reset)?
