Over two thirds of the Global Forum agenda was interactive,
unleashing the creativity and expertise of all participants and
resulting in several initiatives to create positive change in the
field of management.
The process was led by Professors David Cooperrider and Ron Fry
from Case
Western Reserve University, together with Peter Coughlan from
IDEO. The
facilitation combined techniques from Appreciative
Inquiry, the large group change methodology developed by
Cooperrider and Fry, with Interactive Design as practiced by
IDEO.
